Refund policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please be aware that the reverse pickups arranged by us takes atleast 10-15days to complete the process. If you need a quicker exchange or return please send the package to the below address with courier partner suitable for you:

Please note: For Items bought in SALE is not subject to free exchange or return. This is because of high discounts that we pill provide at the time of SALE. 


To start a return, you can contact us at customercare@blubery.in. In most cases the brand will arrange for a reverse pickup. In areas where brand cannot have access to arrange for return pickup the returns will need to be sent to the following address: Sri Ram Textiles, 5/3, Gandhi street, kaveri nagar, saidapet, Chennai - 600015. 

We charge ₹100 for Return & ₹150 for exchange of any product. This amount should be paid in the return/exchange portal while submitting the request.

The items returned for refund or exchange will go under a basic quality check to make sure the product is unused and unworn and brand tags are intact to the product. Refunds and exchanges will be done only if the quality check passes.

If the quality check fails we will not be able to refund for the product. Additional charge of Rs. 150 will be charged to send the same product back to the customer.


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a replacement product if an exchange is requested at that point of time. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Sale

Products purchased during sale cannot be exchanged or returned.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, you find a product missing that was ordered inside the package. Fresh Unpacking video right from opening the seal of the package is compulsory for us to accept and process the request. 

Damage/Missing product Requests without proper proof of unpacking will not be accepted and no further actions can be taken.

If you've received the package and product but if wrong size/colour/style was sent to you by brand's mistake, a picture of the product is sufficient to accept the request and proceed with the exchange.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. You’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
